How do you ship your cabinetry?
Orders are shipped using reputable nationwide freight carriers. Most orders are delivered on a 53' tractor trailer. See our Shipping Policy for more information.
Can I arrange my own shipping?
No. To guarantee fast and secure delivery, all shipping is handled through our network of carriers.
Can I pick up my order from the main warehouse?
Some orders may be eligible to be picked up at our Wyomissing, PA location. Select Pick-up as your delivery option (if available) when checking out.
What if my delivery includes damaged cabinets?
Take pictures of the damaged cabinets and report any damages within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, and we will replace the damaged items at no additional cost.
How long will it take to receive my cabinets?
Most orders ship within 2 to 4 weeks. Select cabinets can be picked up immediately from our Wyomissing, PA location. Some orders are eligible for 24 hour delivery within 100 miles of our Wyomissing, PA location. See the shipping options when checking out.

What is your return policy? Is there a restocking fee?
Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery. A 35% restocking fee applies. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Cabinets must be in the original factory-sealed boxes to be eligible for return. See our Return Policy for more details.

No. We do not sell doors separately at this time.

Yes, samples are available for a small fee, which is refundable upon placing an order.
