Sample Ordering
We strongly advise ordering sample doors before purchasing any cabinetry. This step ensures the finish and style meet your expectations, as digital images and descriptions may not fully represent the true design. If you opt to order without sampling and find the product unsatisfactory upon delivery, standard restocking and return fees apply (see our Return Policy).
Order Processing
After placing your order, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipping.
Next Day & Local Delivery
- In-stock cabinets may be eligible for next-day delivery or in-store pickup.
- Delivery address must be within 100 miles of our Wyomissing location.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Orders of ready-to-assemble cabinets over $2500 (before taxes) qualify for free shipping.
- Orders of assembled cabinets over $4000 (before taxes) qualify for free shipping.
- Lead time depends on the style of cabinets ordered.
- We partner with major freight companies to offer safe and reliable shipping nationwide.
Freight Deliveries
- If your address is not deliverable via a 53’ trailer (e.g. you live on a dirt road or a dead end or one way street) please contact us when ordering so delivery can be scheduled with a smaller truck. Additional fees may apply. Delivery may not be available to some addresses.
- All orders are considered curbside delivery unless stated otherwise. Your order will be delivered to the end of your driveway or curb. Drivers are not responsible for getting the packages inside. Please have an additional person present to help you move the boxes.
- Upon arrival, inspect all items thoroughly for any damage or missing pieces. We recommend using your order receipt as a reference to ensure accuracy.
- Document any discrepancies, however minor, on the delivery receipt. Secure a signed copy from the driver as this is essential for any claim you may need to file.
- If damage or missing items are discovered post-delivery, report this to customer service within 48 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Cabinets Door to Door is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Cabinets Door to Door is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our customer service to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
