Return Policy for Cabinets Door to Door
At Cabinets Door to Door, we prioritize our customers’ satisfaction and strive to ensure the highest standards of service and quality. We understand that sometimes, products may need to be returned, and we wish to make this process as seamless as possible.
Starting the Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact our Customer Service team within 10 days of receiving their product(s). A return authorization request can be filed by logging into your account on our website and following the specified steps, or by contacting customer service directly if you checked out as a guest.
- Products must be returned within 10 days from the date of receipt. Returns after this period will be eligible for store credit only.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging and in good condition. Upon receipt and inspection, we reserve the right to decline returns if products are damaged or improperly packaged.
- Customers bear the cost of return shipping.
- All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days after we receive and inspect the items at our facility.
Certain products are exempt from returns, including:
- Assembled or modified cabinets (e.g., cabinets cut for glass)
- Items that have been opened or are no longer in their original packaging
- Specific non-returnable items detailed on product pages or discussed with customer service prior to purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Should you receive a product that is damaged or find that items are missing, please note this on the driver’s Bill of Lading upon delivery, and contact our Customer Service within 48 hours. We commit to resolving such issues by providing replacement parts or items.
Order cancellations must be made via email within 24 hours of the original purchase to avoid a 35% restocking fee. Please note that orders already shipped cannot be canceled.
